中船黄埔文冲船舶有限公司（以下简称：黄埔文冲）是中国船舶集团有限公司属下的大型骨干造船企业，是华南地区特种工程船、海洋工程、公务船及商货船的主要建造基地，也是目前中国疏浚工程船和支线集装箱船最大最强生产基地。
 

公司前身为创建于1851年的柯拜船坞，是外国资本在华建立的第一个工业企业，是我国现存历史最悠久的船舶企业，是中国第一代产业工人的诞生地。170多年来，黄埔文冲在我国近代史、革命史、船舶工业发展史上留下了光辉的足迹。
 

CSSC Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. (referred to as Huangpu Wenchong) is a large backbone shipbuilding enterprise under China State Shipbuilding Group Co., Ltd. It is a main construction base for special engineering ships, ocean engineering,public service vessels and commercial cargo ships in South China. It is also currently the largest and strongest production base for dredgers and feeder container vessels in China. The company's predecessor was the Couper Shipyard, founded in 1851. As the oldest existing shipbuilding enterprise in China, it is the first industrial enterprise established by foreign capital in China and the birthplace of the first generation of industrial workers in China. For over 170 years, Huangpu Wenchong has left glorious footprints in China's modern history, revolutionary history, and shipbuilding industry development history.

 

黄埔文冲拥有五大核心厂区，占地近320万平方米，码头合计5300多米，拥有1.2万吨级、2.5万吨级、7万吨级、15万吨级、20万吨级等多座大型船坞，为中国船舶行业的蓬勃发展提供了强力支撑。

HPWS is a leading company in construction of large-sized dredgers in China, providing world leading "pillar for the great power” for dredging waterways, land reclamation, and port construction. It has built a series of trailing suction dredgers with a capacity ranging from 500 cubic meters to 20000 cubic meters, and a series of cutting suction dredgers with a cutter power ranging from 750kW to 7800kW.
